Car rental conditions in Batumi

• At EX-Batumi, you can rent a car with or without a driver.
• Considering the specifics of driving in Georgia, the renter must meet certain requirements.
• If you lack driving experience, it is recommended to rent a car with a driver.

Requirements for the renter:

• Age from 21 years old (for some vehicles, such as sports cars and convertibles, the minimum age is 23 years)
• Driving experience of at least 3 years

Required documents:

• Passport
• Driver's license (minimum of 3 years of driving experience)

Daily mileage limit:

• For all cars except sports cars, the daily mileage limit is 300 km.
• For convertibles and coupes, the limit is 200 km.
• Exceeding the limit incurs additional charges, so please clarify this point before renting a car without a driver.

Deposit:

• We offer cars that can be rented with or without a deposit.
• Typically, mid-range cars can be rented without a deposit but with additional insurance.
• However, a deposit is required for sports and premium cars, ranging from $500 to $4,000.

Insurance:

• All cars are insured and come with two types of insurance: CASCO and third-party liability. Standard CASCO includes a 4% deductible and does not cover damages to windows, tires, or the interior. In the event of an accident, it is mandatory to call the police. Third-party liability coverage is $10,000. You can also opt for extended CASCO with zero deductible, but this service is charged separately.

Prohibited:

• Smoking in our cars is prohibited!

  If smoking traces or cigarette odors are found in the car, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Drifting is prohibited!

  In case of confirmed drifting, the rental agreement will be terminated without a refund of the deposit.

• Third offense:
